Wokingham Borough Council is running a consultation on the proposed Station Link road that runs from now until the 6th April.

Local Emmbrook councillor Chris Singleton said “We would like to have views from as many local residents as possible so please take part. You can do this online at the council website www.wokingham.gov.uk/stationlinkroad or by calling Wokingham Direct on 0118 974 600 for a form.”

The council now has modelling data showing the impact of proposed house building in the Borough on traffic, and is considering alternative road systems to cope with this, including the possibility of a Station Link road to improve traffic around the station.

The report on traffic data is on the Council website.  If you have difficulty finding it or have any questions, please email Chris at [email protected]
