Earley Conservatives enjoyed a barbeque at the home of Cllrs Pauline and Norman Jorgensen last weekend.
Special guest John Redwood MP was delighted to join local members of the Association on Saturday evening .
John spoke and discussed local and national issues with members and their guests.
He was pleased that, "there was a good range of questions about the pandemic, vaccinations, economic recovery, housing and planning. I also talked a bit about levelling up and ways of getting the NHS back to full running for non covid treatments."
Pauline Jorgensen thanked everyone for attending the fundraiser and commented that "a great speech by John Redwood rounded off the evening. It's always interesting to talk and get his take on current events."
All present agreed it was a huge success despite the weather.
